Terms of Service

Nefin is a financial management product operated by NEROOM. These Terms of Service govern your use of Nefin at nefin.app and its related services.

Acceptance

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Use of service

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for using Nefin in compliance with applicable laws.

Payment and suspension for non-payment

Subscription fees and any usage charges are due on the dates shown on your invoice. If an invoice remains unpaid after its due date, NEROOM may, after notifying you at the email address on your account, suspend or block your account and prevent access to your data until the outstanding amount is paid in full. Suspension does not cancel the debt: charges continue to accrue for the subscription period and access is restored once payment clears. NEROOM will retain your data for a reasonable period during suspension so that it can be recovered on payment, and may permanently delete it if the account stays unpaid beyond that period.

Liability

Nefin is provided "as is." NEROOM's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
